If you're a safety one-ite, a safety two-ite, a human and organizational performance practitioner, human factors practitioner, it really doesn't matter. We are all here to achieve the same things, ultimately making our workplaces safer, more respectful places for people to go to work. Work we're all entitled to work to earn a living and therefore we should all be entitled to do that safely.
